*Only joking*
No, this is no **title**...
Oups, there has to be a title here?

Just trying markdown out a little.
* I hope to be able in the end of this course to code for papyrologists
* to be able to understand all the discussions on the ![MarkUp-MailingList](http://lsv.uky.edu/archives/markup.html)
* seeking for new fields for a papyrologists and his/her knowledge
* to be able to start a little coding project on my own some day

1. Another way to make lists
2. but you wanted a bullet point list...
Okay, I think I made my little point(s). Nice to play.
Thank you very much for this course. I hope we will learn well all the nice things you mentioned during your first lecture...
All best,

### What are my expectations?
1. Be out of my comfort zone alot
2. Learn about things and ways of thinking I have never heard of
3. Be absolutely frustrated and confused at least once
4. Get through that

## Introduction
Hey everyone! My name is Donatus and I am a graduate student in German Literature and Philosophy. I became interested in Digital Humanities via my research on contemporary writing as well as its predecessors.
### Expectations
What I expect from this course is to get in touch with some of the most important digital tools to work with text. On the one hand, I would like to be able to work with them myself primarily for matters of research. On the other hand, I would like to be able to understand the tools used by contemporary writers for their projects.
Exemplary projects:
* [Gregor Weichbrodt / Vicki Bennett – The Fundamental Questions (2014)] (http://0x0a.li/en/text/the-fundamental-questions/)
* [Michael Mandiberg – Print Wikipedia (2015)] (http://printwikipedia.com/#/about)
* [Gregor Weichbrodt – Dictionary of non-notable Artists (2016)] (http://0x0a.li/en/text/dictionary-of-non-notable-artists/)

# Coding for Digital Humanities
This is the markdown file that I created for the first assignment.
### My Expectations:
* learn the coding-for-DH basics
* learn how to apply the knowledge and practise as much as I can
* submit the first project successfully
In the end, it is going to be like [this] https://cdn.meme.am/instances/64369464.jpg
