ELK: persist configs

ELK-stack runs in docker and is reset on restarts. kibana and logstash configs and elasticsearch content should be persistent on subsequent starts.

May be done via Pre- & Post-Hooks

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
