Style Changes Submission (#351)

* FAQ Card:
- simplify include_main_card.xml as this is only used once
- increase icon size
- add spacing after description

* - fixed tint color for dispatcher icon (matching now the text color)

* submission dispatch
- fix spacing after last card
- fix spacing between text and illustration

* submission contact: re-add text-styling for step 2

* submission tan: replace explicit navigation with "go back"

* submission test result
- line break between SARS-CoV-2 and test result
- bottom align "Registriert am"

* warn others: increase spacing above data privacy card

* submission negative test result: decrease spacing before further info card

* - update FormatterSubmissionHelperTest to result of design review (new line instead of space)

* - test result spacing adjusted
