* Fix HotDataFlow behavior.
* Prevent re-execution of past submissions when the observable goes cold.
* Guard internal value updates with a mutex in case the value update is not as thread-safe as we think it is.

* Fix problematic testcases.

* Flush the json data after writing it, otherwise if the app process dies, we end up with an empty file.
GSON deserializes this into a null object that looks like a non-null object until it is evaluated some time later.

Force an evaluation via `require(it.size >= 0)` and delete the corrupt data file when catching the exception.

* Show a visible error dialog if we fail to save data.

* Used buffered versions of readers and writer.

Retry the reset for v1.6.0+ as the failed reset attempt in 1.5.0 may have consumed the reset attempt already. (#1492)

* Cleaner log and remove superfluos removal, if we replace the entry anyways, we don't have to remove it.

* Add a `CalcluationTracker` class that can tell us about the ENF's calcluations.

* Introduces new reactive data provider "HotData" that allows lazy init and safe updates.

* Add calculation time out enforcer (60min), check every 5min.

* Show `isRefreshing` when we are either downloading keys or the ENF is still calculating.

* Rename "token" to "identifier", we'll likely keep using this class for ENF Window Mode,
which has no more "tokens".

* Remove "state", we can only know whether it's running and that can be based on the `finishedAt` timestamp.
Also improve test readability a bit and added more edge cases when checking timeouts.

* Reduce timeout check interval to 3 minutes, due to lowered overall timeout limit.

* Add additional test case that checks that a late result, past timeout, overwrites the timeout.

* Create `BaseGson` instance within the DI graph use it.
Allows use to later set global settings (pretty print for testers?),
or hook up custom serializers app-wide.
