* Added Character Set encoding hint to QrCodeGenerator
* Fixed QrCodeGenerator on api levels that return "java.nio.charset.CharsetICU[UTF-8]" instead of "UTF-8" for Charset.UTF-8.toString()
we now call .name() instead
