Fix Failing Installation of Transitive Dependencies

Overview

I added the package that caused the failure to install_requires in setup.cfg. However, I am not quite sure if that is best practice. We should discuss this in person or maybe ask a colleague who is very Python-experienced. e.g. Daniel
