Adds use of annotations to get_birthplace.R.

GetBirthplace.R uses annotations now as well

Idea:

  • 1st attempt: Try to get birthplace from infobox as part of Born field

  • 2nd attempt: Get infobox from cleaned text as first NORP entity - not optimal as it is more like a nationality
