* Enable ELS autologging in tester builds only if a specific package is installed.
This allows us to both disable it by default, but still have a way to log the initial app launch if necessary (or have it automatically enabled by just having the package installed).

Canceling the dialog (negative action) stays on screen.
Confirming the dialog (positive action) aborts the registration and sends the user back to the home screen.

Fix clicked corona-test links, with DCC support, not navigating to DCC consent screen, so it behaves the same as it when it is scanned via camera. (#3457)

* Introduce qrcode data parsing modes.
UI based parsing will be STRICT and show error codes.
Storage based parsing will be LENIENT.
If the user managed to scan something invalid, then we can neither just delete it, nor just crash the app.
